Inspired by my daughter, this blend presents the vibrancy and sweetness of many comfort flavors. It is great when taken straight up black and cuts through milk nicely to give you a sweet and balanced cup.

Breakfast coffee

I love brewing this for breakfast on a French press and on a V60 on slow mornings. The brew was very fragrant for me—I could really smell the roasted nuts. I also tasted the nuts plus sweet biscuits, and every now and then I’d get the cherry aftertaste. I wasn’t able to try this as espresso because I ran out of beans (that was fast!) I’ll be keeping an eye out for a restock. :)
